A veil of secrecy has descended around an unannounced visit by subpoena-toting agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to the Seneca Avenue headquarters of Laborers Local 91 last week. Agents reportedly questioned the Laborers' business agent, Rob Connolly, for more than an hour Wednesday, and left with numerous documents described in the subpoenas, law enforcement sources told the Niagara Falls Reporter over the weekend.
